Dosage/Dosage After washing your face, smooth your skin with toner. Then, place the mask over your nose and mouth, ensuring it adheres tightly to your skin.
After about 15-20 minutes, when the mask dries, remove it and gently pat any remaining essence into your skin to help it absorb.

After cleansing, tone your skin to refine the texture and prepare it for optimal absorption.

Remove a sheet mask and align it carefully on your face—fit it correctly over the eyes, nose and lips.

Leave the sheet on for about 15–20 minutes.

If the mask begins to dry out or stiffen prematurely, remove it earlier.

After removing the mask, gently pat any remaining essence into your skin until fully absorbed.

Proceed with your usual skincare routine (serum/cream) if you wish.
